This Creamy Tikka Reshmi Naan is made with the creamy goodness of Olper’s Dairy Cream. #OlpersDairyCream #GoodnessBarhjaye #FoodFusion #HappyCookingToYou Written Recipe: 🤍 Recipe in English: Ingredients: Prepare Creamy Chicken Filling: -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tsp -Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 1 tbs -Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 3 tbs -Lemon juice 1 tbs -Tikka masala 2 tbs -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 & ½ tsp -Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste -Chicken fillets 400g -Cooking oil 1-2 tbs -Water 2-3 tbs -Olper’s Cream ¾ Cup (room temperature) -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful Prepare Naan Dough: -Lukewarm water ½ Cup or as required -Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tsp -Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 tsp -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp -Baking soda ¼ tsp -Olper’s Milk lukewarm ¾ Cup -Cooking oil 2 tsp -Olper’s Milk -Til (Sesame seeds) black & white -Salt water (1 tbs salt in ¼ Cup water) -Makhan (Butter) Directions: Prepare Creamy Chicken Filling: -In a bowl,add ginger garlic paste,green chilli,yogurt,lemon juice,tikka masala,cumin powder,salt & whisk well. -Add chicken fillets and mix well,cover & marinate for 15 minutes. -On a cast iron pan,add cooking oil,marinated chicken (reserve marinade for later use) and cook for 2 minutes and apply remaining marinade on chicken,add water,cover & cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes and turn sides in between. -Turn off the flame & shred chicken with the help of fork. -Turn on the flame & cook on medium flame for 2 minutes. -Let it cool. -Add cream,fresh coriander,mix well & set aside. Prepare Naan Dough: -In a small jug,add lukewarm water,caster sugar,instant yeast and mix well,cover & let it rest for 5 minutes. -In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,baking soda & mix well. -Add yeast mixture,gradually add milk,mix well & knead until dough is formed. -Add cooking oil and knead dough again,cover & let it proof for 1 hour (warm place). -Sprinkle dry flour and knead until dough is smooth. -Take a small dough (175g) and make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & flatten the sides of dough by pressing it with the help of hands. -Add prepared creamy chicken filling in center (2-3 tbs),fold all the edges to seal the filling,pinch & seal the edges. -Sprinkle dry flour & roll out gently with the help of rolling pin. -Apply milk with the help of brush & sprinkle sesame seeds. -Now flip the naan carefully & apply salt water on one side of rolled dough with the help of hands. -Heat griddle on medium flame,place naan (wet side down) & cook on low flame until it starts to bubble & bottom has browned then flip the griddle & cook other side directly on the flame until it turns brown or charred. -Apply butter on top side (makes 4). -Serve creamy tikka resha naan with raita. Crispy chicken burger Recipe in English: Ingredients: For Chicken marinade: • Chicken breast fillets 2 • Vinegar 2 tsp • Mustard paste 1 tsp • Garlic powder 1 tsp • White pepper powder ½ tsp • Red chili powder ½ tsp • Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp • Salt to taste For Flour coating: • Flour 2 cup • Red chili powder 1 tsp • Black pepper ½ tsp • Garlic powder ½ tsp • Salt to taste • Corn flour 3 tsp • Rice flour 4tsp • Egg 2 • Milk ½ cup • Oil for deep frying Mayo Sauce: • Chili garlic sauce 1 & ½ tsp • Mustard paste 1 tbs • Mayonnaise 5 tbs Assembling: • Buns • Mayonnaise • Ice berg • Fried chicken • Mayo sauce • Cheese slice • Ketchup Directions: -Take chicken breast and make 4 fillets, pound fillets with steak hammer. -In bowl,add vinegar,mustard paste,garlic powder,white pepper powder,red chilli powder, worcestershire sauce and salt,mix well. -Add fillets and coat fillets properly,marinate it for 30-45 minutes. -For flour coating, combine flour,red chili powder,black pepper,garlic powder,salt,corn flour and rice flour, mix well and set aside. -For egg coating, in a bowl beat 2 eggs with milk and set aside. -Heat oil in a wok, take one marinated chicken fillet, dip into egg mixture and coat it with flour mixture then again dip into egg mixture and flour mixture (press hard for crispy fillet). -Deep fry the fillet on medium flame, fry 3minutes each side. Fry until a crispy coat is turned brown. -Repeat same process with all the fillets. -To make mayo sauce, combine chili garlic sauce, mustard paste and mayonnaise and mix well to form a paste.
